Christmas Eve when I was struck down my mysterious stabbing pain in my left lung.
So no more photos from the festive season til Dan gives me more of his smashing ones.

Where it all started I guess....not that I know when that was....

Christmas was lovely.

These were taken at a session in our gaff, after the max tundra gig in Kennedys, my new favourite place, especially the huge puddle you have to jump over to get in. Everyone's friendly not in an -'Oh my god you're my new best friend hug me, do you have gum' way but in the 'hey you're sound, so am I, deadly', kinda way.And the tunes are kickin.
We all came back to sit on the floor, couches and pandas of our gaff, drink beer, spill beer EVERYWHERE, light fires, toast marshmallows, rar rar rar blah blah, I love dogs and sligo and dubstep and niamhs hat and rar rar rar blah blah blah. Savage.

Photo a day

For a while in Barcelona, when my digital camera was smashed and I was too broke to develop film, I took a photo a day on the cheapest slide film I could find, Prixcolor.
I wrote down what every days photo was in a tiny handmade book I bought from a man who sold them in the bar Zarabanda beneath our flat.
Some days I was happy, some days I was bored, some days I was drunk, some days I was hungry and our fridge had only cheese and beer. Some days I was silly, some days I was angry. A lot of days I was blurry.

Today I found the roll, and got it developed.

Today is also my grans birthday, she would have been 90 I think. I had such a lovely day, bopping round town, listening to music, buying flour and chillis, drinking a pint on my own in Grogans, waiting for photos to be printed. Now I am really late making dinner for my mum and dad but I wanted to put up these photos cos I had such a super day today. Happy birthday gran. xxx

IT IS BIG AND HAS WOODEN FLOORS AND FLOOR TO CEILING WINDOWS AND SPACE FOR DECKS AND HARPS AND ALL THE LAUGHS IN THE WORLD.(I HAVEN'T ACTUALLY SEEN IT COS KILLIAN SAW IT ON HIS OWN BUT ME KILLIAN AND FIONN STOOD OUTSIDE IT FOR AGES LAST NIGHT TRYING TO LOOK UP INTO THE WINDOW....IT HAS A LOVELY SHELF AND LIGHTBULB ANYWAY)

YAYEEEEE GOODBYE DAFT AND QUEUEING FOR 2 HOURS TO SEE FLATS AND SHOES TOO SMALL AND WALKING FROM IFSC TO ADELAIDE ROAD TO BACHELORS WALK AND ALL OVER THIS CITY I LOVE TO CALL HOME. NOW I HAVE MINE!!!!!!!!

Vivian in Dublin!

Vivian most amazing lady in the world was here nearly two weeks ago. We had so much fun eating ice cream, drinking pints, boot shopping, laughing and talk talk talking RA RA RA. The brazilian chica cooked us up a mean irish breakfast too. Hurry up and visit again! I miss my beautiful friend.
